There are campgrounds with services in Shenandoah National Park. The closest I know is probably 40 minutes away at Matthew’s Arm. There may be private campgrounds closer

If you don't need to plug in, we've had a few car/truck campers stay in the parking lot in the past. Not much in the way of services, though
