Yes a cart is usable on brewster...there is maybe 1 or 2 spots that aren't great. But other than it being hilly it's cart friendly

And no there is no restrictions ever on using a cart, our feet cause way more damage than wheels would.

Last year for NADGT State Finale they asked folks not to use carts due to muddy conditions so I wanted to check. Granted it was just before Worlds
