Residents are those that live within the NTPUD District. Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Carnelian Bay, Cedar Flat, and Agate Bay. The District’s boundaries span from the Nevada state line in Crystal Bay to Dollar Hill. If you live within the boundaries you can sign up for the resident rate.
