Thanks for pointing that out. The road is also considered OUT of bounds so if your disc is completely surrounded by pavement, sorry, you'll need to take a stroke. Throwing from the road would be too dangerous with traffic not being closed during play. As for the last page if you squint hard enough it looks like 18 right?
