It's just over a week away until the Birds with Friends II kicks off!

First of all, I appreciate all of you for signing up, I've enjoyed attending events like this in the past, and I hope you enjoy this one on May 4th!
Here's some information regarding the event.
Saturday, May 4th, 2024, 9:00AM round starts
Unsanctioned doubles event located at Fehringer Ranch Disc Golf Course.
ONLY 1 round. Event scoring will be done via uDisc.
This doubles event will be a "best shot" format, meaning:
Each team member can throw from the teepad on every hole.
That team decides which shot to take. They decide between themselves which shot is the shot they want to proceed from, aka the "best shot."
Each team member can then throw/putt from that chosen lie.
Only one putt needs to be successfully made for the hole to be completed by that team.
Starting Tee assignments will go out Thursday May 2nd. If you have requests for card pairings, please email them to me and I will try to accommodate! We will be doing three teams per card. If you messaged me already, I have those noted.
Course layout:
No change to basket placement will be made specifically for this event. The event will play as the course is laid out.
18 hole layout on the course, but hole 11 will play to the long basket as a par 4.
Only out of bounds is property fence. No ditch OB, no hazards, no mandatory, no island, no drop zones.
Player pack discs
Each player of each team will get 2 discs:
Discraft ESP Cicadas (7|6|-1|1) There are even some lightweight discs available!
Discraft Jawbreaker Zone (4|3|0|3)
For those that bought the add-on:
Discraft CryZtal Z Buzzz (5|4|-1|1)
Player disc pickup:
Day of Check In is from 7:30-8:45am before the event starts at Fehringer Ranch course. I will have the discs available to pick up if you didn't on Friday May 3rd.
I will have an optional early pick up on Friday, May 3rd at Another Round Disc Golf and Tap Room in Denver. I'll be there from 4pm-7pm. Google Maps:

Playoff Scenario
If 2 or more teams are tied for 1st in a division after round 2, a playoff will start on 1, continue to 2, continue to 3, and then loop back to 2 then 3 on repeat.
Trophies
This unsanctioned amateur event is trophy only.
Based on registration, the plan is for the following trophies:
MM01 - 1st Place
MM01 - 2nd Place
MM01 - 3rd Place
MF01 - 1st Place
MF01 - 2nd Place
