I went out to Stonelick yesterday. You all have a beautiful park and a great course out there! Question... I noticed on the first few holes there was a lot of standing water. Just wondering if those larger areas are going to be designated as casual water. If I had played from my lie on those first few holes my boots would have been submerged. From my understanding if the TD designates the standing water as casual water "the player's lie may be relocated without penalty to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief." And to be clear, I wear the high top Keens and don't mind roughing it. Either way, looking forward to it, muck and all!
