There have been surprisingly few dropouts considering how early people signed up. Your division MA1 has not had a dropout, I have been contacted by someone who was willing to play Open to open a spot in MA1 for the next person but we are making sure the odd # of players in open can be accommodated by using cards of 3 on the Open day to avoid mixing divisions. For the most part if someone drops out of a division the person on the wait list in that division is added, however there were 2 MA70's that were added from dropouts of other divisions which made a card of 4 MA70's. All players on waitlist that are not #1 on their respective pool will be refunded this weekend.
