Because it's a temp course there are no permanent tee pads or basket locations. Every year when we set up we have to range each hole as they are never in the exact same place from year to year. The caddie book will go out Thursday evening when we are finished setting the course. I'm going to forward you last year's caddie book which will be close to this year's except for a couple of holes that have been changed. It will give you something to look at until Thursday evening.
