It's 860+...so anything above 860 can register on the 8th. Anyone below that has to wait until the 9th. Gives priority to people with higher ratings to get in the division they want/need. They've started doing tiered registration to keep the servers from getting flooded when tournament registrations open. That and it keeps people that are 800 rated from over filling higher divisions to which they won't be as competitive.

I based those ratings cut offs on past years registration. The other divisions just happened to line up fairly close to the PDGA cutoffs for those divisions. Last year we only had 2 players in MA3 below 860 so if anything it should be a bit higher. I expect people to be able to sign up for the division of their choice on the 9th.
