For the players signed up as individual women, how will the creation of teams be done? Will those players be able to choose who they partner with or will the teams be randomly assigned? Also, what happens if there is an odd number of individual players signed up leaving an odd woman out? Mar 22, 2024

Hello Josh, I believe I answered this via email to you a couple of days ago but the reply may not have found you yet. The women would be paired randomly. It is very important to note that these pairs of individual women from different programs would NOT be displayed on the teams leaderboards, and would not be eligible for team awards. If there was an odd number of those interested in being paired, then we could send out the individual as a marker for the other pairs to play along.
Josh Hollier Mar 22, 2024What do you mean “we could send out the individual as a marker for the other pairs to play along”? Would that individual have a teammate or have to play single?
Chad Sullivan Mar 22, 2024If there is an odd number of individual women that want to be paired up, yes that individual would need to play as a single.
Josh Hollier Mar 22, 2024Would it be the last individual to sign up that would be playing as a single if there’s an odd number of competitors or would it be randomly selected out of the field for one person to be solo?
Chad Sullivan Mar 23, 2024Random is random. The individual that is randomly unpaired would remain unpaired.
