Correct. Unfortunately with 3 parks we can't have all ladies playing the "same" ladies layout, but I can seperate them into their own per pool. If we do not have enough for the pool, PGDA then analyzes the layout and propagates it to a similar layout, so you would still get a rating. Lets hope we have enough women up for a great competitive weekend among themselves!

Isn't it propagated on whoever plays that specific layout for the entire event? Meaning, if A pool ladies play Watertower ladies layout, and B pool plays the same at a different time, they'd be rated against each other. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I thought it was
