New PDGA Scoring Guidelines for 2024:
ALL PLAYERS are to now keep score for the round. PDGA Live scoring will allow multiple players to keep score, checks for inconsistency in recording scores among players, and will total the round for you….this is a great thing as it checks across all scorecards for your card.
Penalties for inaccurate recording of score, failure to total, incorrect total, etc. will be added. Failure/refusing to keep score can result in disqualification.
ALL PLAYERS are responsible for submitting their scorecard within 30 minutes of completing their round. A player who has not submitted their scorecard on time receives two penalty throws.
Please check with TD if there are questions about your scores being received or if there are questions before starting lunch or at the end of round 2.
Player Check-in: 8:00-9:00am
We will be setting up check-in at the Great Room in the Lodge. This is the building where the restrooms are located.
Round 1 Tee Off at 9:20 am
Round 2 Tee Off - 45 min from last card completed Round 1.
OB on the course:
On or over any paved path
Over or past any fence line
Water/Pond area Hole 15
50-50:
There will be two 50/50 CTPs (1 for each round)
Ace Pool
If no aces are recorded during the event by players who have bought into the ace pool, we will do a throw off after round 2.
LUNCH & Round 2
You will have a 45 min break for lunch - this time starts when THE LAST CARD from Round 1 is submitted and ALL scores have been finalized. Round 2 tee time will be posted on the PDGA App, posted here on Disc Golf Scene, and announced LOUDLY to any of you folks hanging out in the parking lot.
PAYOUTS
We will start payouts after the 2nd round when YOUR ENTIRE division is final.
