Per the PDGA policy for withdrawal, if there is someone on the waitlist for your division at the time of your withdrawal, you would be entitled to a full refund (minus the DGS and PayPal fees) up until the close of registration (March 22nd at 7). If no one is on the waitlist for your division when you withdraw then you would either get the players pack (dependent on supply) or a partial refund.
