MA60 the same price or lower than other am groups. Obviously I didn't check a lot, but did check several of the major tournaments in Northern Michigan... And I have only played for 3 years so I am trying to understand why this tournament seems to be different.

Okay, to be fair I looked further and organizers do it differently, some charge more, some less and some the same. I am disappointed... I would rather play in my age group, but it is not right to pay more solely based on my age... My only option is to play AM 4 against much younger players...not a very fair arrangement... Thanks for taking time to respond to my question.
