Maybe I’m wrong, but it’s my understanding that digital score keeping cannot be forced upon a player and that paper scorecards should be provided as a score keeping option along w digital options. What happens when someone inevitably forgets their phone or forgets to charge it, or if someone doesn’t have a phone?
As I read the pdga player & td guidance for keeping score, the pdga website states that scoring options available are (digital AND paper or just paper).
