This will serve as our final email before we play tomorrow!
The Layout We will play is below: I was told the layout was sent over to the parks crew to move baskets, to the best of my knowledge things are moved into position.
Hole 19 will play from the sidewalk near Hole 3 tee to the practice basket, it will be flagged and marked with a Tee Sign.

Other important information:
Check in will run from 7:30-8:15 right inside the parking lot area so you do not have to walk ALL the way back to your car.
Round 1 will start at 8:30am via a Two Minute Shout followed by a Start Shout
Round 2 will start 1 hour after the last card from round 1 is complete.
In the Event of a Playoff for First Place: Playoffs will be settled sudden death starting on Hole 1, If play is still tied the Loop will be 2/3/4 in a loop until we have a winner on any one hole.
Awards will follow all card completion near hole 1 area.
Payouts for Top 25% of each division will be sent out via DiscHub Tuesday.
The only toilets on the course are located near hole 3/4 area.
Ace Pool $3: If you want in on this At Check In, please bring Cash, and Exact Change. We will only be accepting Cash, no venmo or Paypal. If the ace pool does not get hit, it will move to the next Kylorado NADGT Event at Adams Hollow on March 3rd!
This is a PDGA sanctioned event, all rules regarding alcohol and other substances, as well as animals during the round are in effect.
Scoring is going to be done on PDGA.Com/Score or the PDGA App, the code to get in is NADGT . EVERYONE from the group are required to keep score, one via the official method, the others via PDGA ideally, but paper, or Udisc is acceptable. The group can decide who keeps the PDGA and who keeps the other PDGA or Udisc. The Digital Scorecard is the OFFICIAL score card of the event. After you complete scoring make sure everyone’s score is confirmed prior to anyone leaving for the day.
IN 2024 EVERYONE ON YOUR CARD MUST KEEP SCORE: IF YOU REFUSE TO KEEP SCORE, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO STICK AROUND UNTIL YOUR SCORE IS CONFIRMED AND SUBMITTED!

Based on current registrations the following places will get an invitation to the National Championships in Austin Texas, November 6th-9th 2024.
All Juniors will get an invitation to the 2024 Junior National Championships in Denver August 9th-11th!
MA1- 6 FA1- 1 MA40- 3 MA50- 2 MA60- 3
MA2- 4 FA40- 1 MA3- 6 MJ12- 1
This event is also part of the 2024 Kylorado Tour Series! What that means is each event will earn you points within a division, and at the end of the 2024 Kylorado Series we will have trophies for the winners of any division with 15 or more players or any winners that competed in 6 of the Events. There are currently 8 Events on the schedule with a 9th event to come! Check out the page HERE. Please note that the Kylorado Series is not a NADGT item, this is something we run separately for you, because point series are fun!
