Mark, I don't understand the math of this part of the description

"$32 of each registration will go to the Shelton Springs Open and $38 will go to payout.
The top 40% of each division will be paid out."

32 and 38 seem a lot like 70 and the fee is 40. I'm pretty new to these types of events but am I missing something here? Thanks!
