I didn't manually move anybody up the wait list. Disc Golf Scene moves the next am player in. I don't know why if she was next in the list she wasn't in but she is first on the list and people keep dropping out so she will get in. It has nothing to do with men or women everybody is equal at this tournament so if you're next on the list you're next on the list.
