Does that mean the qualifiers are “the top three finishers that are ODSA members”? Or if first place is not PDSA member the invitation only goes to 2 and 3?

My understanding is the second premise is correct. The provincial invitation only goes to the top 3 finishers, and can only be accepted by those finishers if they are in the ODSA.

Hey Megan! Yes, top 3 of FA2 should qualify as well. The ODSA will be posting more information this long weekend about qualifying.
