Players' Meeting:
Fun stuff first- Following the round, we will use hole 1 for a 50/50 Ace/CTP contest. Entry is $5 and you can pay cash or send PayPal to [email redacted]. Hole 1 is a straight,198 ft. shot so hopefully we will get to see an ace!
I will be finalizing cards as much as possible by Friday night at 8pm. We will accept morning of registrations, but I'd like to be able to add them to open holes and not make card changes to existing hole assignments as much as possible.
We may be able to use UDisc for scoring, but our official scorecard will be paper for the event. Since this is not a sanctioned event, only the paper scorecard will need to be submitted but players will need to initial that the scores are correct.
We will not have OB on the course but the bike path that runs along several of the holes will not be closed. Please be aware of possible cyclists or hikers and exercise caution when throwing.
Tee time is 10:30am. Registration / check-in will be open at 9:30. There are nice indoor bathrooms on site, but we won't have access to buildings other than the bathrooms. Please check in 30 minutes before the round in case there are any no-shows so adjustments can be made. Refunds will not be issued to no-show participants.
All amateur players will receive a Luke Taylor 2024 fundraiser disc and we will have a variety of molds to choose from. Additional 2024 discs are available for $15.
