Hey there, everyone, we understand there is inclement weather in the forecast for this Saturday’s event. However, Disc Golf can and will be played in rainy and wet conditions. We are taking all precautions to monitor the weather to make sure player safety is at the forefront of our minds. There may be some possible course modifications, i.e. Tee areas on an as needed basis. I will be heading over to the course today to walk it and assess each whole individually. We will address those at the live event tonight and if any other modifications are needed prior to Saturday morning, they will be posted here as well as on the Disc Golf community page. I appreciate everyone of you Messaging me your concerns and I will gladly answer any question you have. I know we can’t control the weather and especially in Alabama. It’s an ever moving target. As a reminder, if there is lightning in the area delays will happen. Our intent is to have both rounds of this tournament be played on Saturday . Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we prepare for this event.
