It sounds cool and all but I prefer the payout after each event. If only eight people meet the minimum requirements to get paid out that would mean you'd have to be the top two overall to get any payout. So you could take first one week with a super hot round and beat 20 people in your division and walk with nothing because you played way above your average and your average wasn't enough to take top two

Im sorry if this is a dumb question but say you dont show up to a couple rounds, would you receive a DNF or super high score on your record the way a traditional tournament would or is it like being signed up when you show up? Thanks in advance.

Andrew I do agree that there could be a good way to weight a win relative to the number of players who played that week, since a win over 20 would seem much more significant than a win over 3, I do not think it’s entirely necessary here. If you look back at previous attendance, each division has fairly low variance and typically had 7-10 people playing.
