I feel very badly for those who couldn’t attend for this special event that honors the service of those who sacrificed for our country. With that stated, it was an event that any vet would’ve been proud of though; we persisted and overcame the obstacles that were before us to pull off a successful operation (lots of miserable rain and cold weather didn’t stop us). To all that signed up and just couldn’t make it out due to the unsafe conditions, please take solace knowing that your contributions helped veterans today.
