Run down regarding Wizards tomorrow!!
Firstly - Parking: parking inside the park is limited solely to the blacktop areas around the 2 pavilions. DO NOT ENTER PARK ON THE GRASS! If there are no available spots in the park, please utilize the city employee parking area in front to the garages near Schenck St. there is also the excess area behind the dollar general and lastly, street parking if needed.
Next - Weather: I am fully aware of the forecast and how rough it’s likely to be. I do reserve the right to cancel the second round of the event if the weather is too harsh. At this time, there are no refunds. If you do not wish to play, you can either come to pick up the pack at the park or I will leave the pack at Spartan Discs do you to pick up, as long as you promise to buy a disc from them and give Kevin and a Nichole a high five.
Cards: I am no longer accepting card requests for the event. The cards have been entered into Udisc and published. Everyone should have received a notification and can look on Udisc for their card and starting hole. I can’t edit these on the fly tomorrow morning so please do not ask. If we have a round 2, cards will remain the same for both rounds.
Etiquette: The city of North Tonawanda, the mayor and the parks supervisor were gracious enough to allow this event to take place in spite of the common council requesting a pause on organized disc golf at Pine Woods. Please be courteous to any pedestrians walking through park (They always have the right of way) and please be cordial with any neighbors while playing. Do not litter, anything you take in with you, you take out. Smoking and drinking in the park is prohibited.
OB’s: There are basically none. Weather is gonna be crap so no need to make this less fun. The only OB will be the streets surrounding the park (Schenck, Niagara and Pinewoods Dr. other than that, let her fly where she may.
