While I do like the Team Qualifications Cutoff better than the current PDGA guidelines, how will that work with grouping players for rounds in a sanctioned tournament?

Will players be carded together following official PDGA Tournament Procedures and divisions, or using the Team Ratings Cutoff so they clearly know and are directly competing with the players they need to beat to secure a team spot?
