We are following the PDGA rules 1.03 F on withdrawals and refunds which states Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player; 1.03.B.Howeverm we will have player packs available for amateur players on the day of the event. If you would rather play I can place you back in your division please let me know if you wish to be placed back in the event or if you have someone that will pick up your player pack on the day of the event.
