Good afternoon everyone.
As you probably know,we got a lot of rain yesterday,so we had to make a couple tweaks to the layout for this weekend.
Remember, all water that isn't marked or noted as out of bounds, is considered casual.
The rule for casual relief is as follows:
Your lie may be relocated without penalty to the nearest lie which is farther from the target and is on the line of play, at the nearest point that provides relief.
Here are the changes.
Alpha :
Hole 5, the basket was moved shorter away from the creek. (It will go back to the creek on Sunday)
Hole 7, ALL divisions will be teeing from the Long pad. The basket was moved to the shortest position, and will remain there all weekend.
Hole 8, the OB flags are pretty close to the basket. There is also a marked trail, right of the gold basket to get to 9.
Hole 10, there is a no-penalty drop zone if you land in the water from hole 8
Hole 12, the basket will move short on Sunday
Hole 13, the basket was moved short (where it was going on Sunday, and will remain there for the weekend)
Hole 14, ALL divisions will be teeing from the Long pad. The basket was moved to a shorter position, and will remain there all weekend.
Barwick
Hole 4, there is a no-penalty drop zone if you land in the water on both sides of the fairway
Hole 7, there is now OB flagged deep of the basket
Hole 11, there are some signs pointing you to walk out to the road and around the creek to get to the tees on 11
Hole 12, if the bridge to the long pad still has water on it you can follow the sidewalk to the larger bridge behind hole 6's pads.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
