I agree, more transparency could have avoided misunderstandings. In most cases, all tournaments directors are doing this, no matter the tier level without announcing it. where the female divisions are receiving a higher percentage than the male division. This is not communicated or announced. Players need to look at percentage to entry fee when making decisions to plan events. But in most cases, you don’t have a projected payout until the event has started or best case scenario the day before. LSD has been very transparent of the projected payout numbers for many weeks now.

For me personally I signed up because the projected payout for mp40 was $1,500 for 1st, $1,038 for 2nd, and $750 for 3rd. That was with 20 people signed up. Now at 24 people signed up the 1st place is only worth $994. I have screen shots of the projected payout from when I signed up. Now it's way different.
