I have encouraged everyone to sign up and get on the waitlist. In the past week there have been several people who have chosen not to take my advice who would have been moved from the waitlist to the tournament registration had then signed up when they asked the same question as you. Anything is possible in regard to withdraws. I've processed five so far. I won't finalize the roster until Friday night at the earliest.
