WOW WE ARE FILLED UP!!!
I'm so excited for tomorrow night. I hope you are too!
Here are some things to know:
- check-in will begin at 5:30 at the pavilion across the pond from hole 1
- you are allowed to pick your own card but please try to talk with your group beforehand to avoid conflicts. If someone is already checked in on a card, I'd really rather not have to track them down
- all cards will be sixsomes so I'll combine groups as necessary. If you see someone by themselves and you don't already have a full card, be a pal and ask if they'd like to play with you!
- there will be a players meeting at 6:30. PLEASE ATTEND THE PLAYERS MEETING. There are a lot of temporary holes and changes to some existing holes, so I'd like to go over them with everyone
- PLEASE USE UDISC TO KEEP SCORE IF YOU CAN. There's an event on udisc for Belle-Boo 2, and it has a 25 hole layout on it. That is going to make things very easy for us at the end of the round
- there will be UV lights (with batteries) for sale at check-in. They'll be like $7-8. All proceeds will go toward the fundraiser
- there will be free glow tape at check-in as well
- a full moon makes for awesome course visibility at night, but it also makes it a bit harder to see glow discs. Remember to watch your discs land!
- PLEASE use a UV light instead of regular flashlights if you can. Bright white lights reduce our night vision, especially if you shine it at other people
