Can you guys clarify the rules? 1 person drives per hole, but 2 people approach and putt. Does this mean Player 1 tees, player 2 throws shot #2, and player #3 throws shot #3? Or do both players 2 and 3 throw shots 2 and 3?

Also, I assume the teeing order alternates amongst the team. I have not played this format before, and a bit more explanation might help. Maybe I'm the only person not getting it. I appreciate it guys!
