All teams must meet Rating Cap for division entered by Oct. 31st 2023. If not team will be disqualified. I have gone through all teams and looked up ratings for PDGA members that were NOT current. If no PDGA membership was listed or found an assumed rating of 940 was placed on player. Oct 18, 2023
