This message will serve as our player's meeting for the event. Please read over the post in full and view the attachments.
First, thank you for attending the Panhandle Open 7 Powered by Flight Factory and Dynamic Discs. If you are traveling in town for the event and staying at a hotel, please fill out the following survey. These are important to getting support in future events.

Please see the caddy book or disc golf scene for information on schedule, pools, courses, tees, etc. The caddy book also lists the OB for each course and hole distances. If you are unsure of a call, please collaborate with your group and play a provisional if necessary.

Parking Alert
1. Blackwater: We encourage people to carpool to Blackwater. While we do not anticipate issues for round 1, the parking will begin to get congested periodically throughout the day due to football schedules. In the event you cannot find a spot, I have circled additional parking. It is about a 5-10 minute walk, but, there is plenty of parking in front of the community center if you cannot find a spot.
2. Gator Links: The parking lot beside Gator Links Hole 1 is closed and under construction. Parking is only allowed in the main lot in front of campus. DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR. It is a 4-5 minute walk from the main lot.
Thanks for helping us out on this as we work through scenarios outside of our control.
I will be set up at Blackwater DGC in the morning. Check in is optional and Am's may get their player's pack at any time during the day.
Restrooms will be available at both courses. Building 4100 at PSC and in the portable restrooms at Blackwater. Parking will be challenging at both courses, so we encourage carpooling if possible.
Scoring will be handled through PDGA scoring.

Starting holes should be posted on the PDGA event page early Friday evening.
Awards, payout, and raffles will be held at Blackwater in that order after the conclusion of the 2nd round. Please ensure score cards are submitted quickly after round 2 to help us get the awards ready quickly. Any tie breakers will be settled at Blackwater.
If you bought raffle tickets, these will be given during check in. You must be present to win.
