Hi Josiah. Thank you for your comments. The price of this is $75 because it is a fundrasier to help raise money for the friends of letchworth organization who will be assisting with putting in the actual course once park management has enough data from events like this one. In addition, the cost of the event covers the $10 entry fee into the park along with food and beverage for the day. The committee did consider the cost that other sanctioned and unsanctioned events charge in addition to feedback from the people who participated last year. Again the cost reflects the opportunity to play in letchworth while helping to build the necessary seeds to have a fully approved permanent course put in. We did also share it to the disc golf groups on social media.
