I have a comment to whoever set up the UDisc Clash layout. Next time set it up with the layout hole numbers being the same as the course hole numbers. With a note to start the round at the starting hole, this year hole 5. It was confusing trying to make sure I was keeping score on the correct hole. I had to keep counting from 5 to double check what hole I was on according to Udisc.
Udisc: hole 12. Me counting 12 off on my hands, 1/5, 2/6, 3/7....Keeping the hole numbering the same as the scorecard and PDGA score would really help.
I started using Udisc on the Friday round, I didn't see the note about the scorecard starting on hole 1/5. So I started scoring on hole 5 and really got confused as the hole pars and distances did not line up with the tee signs.
Hole 2 according to the Udisc map was in the short position rather than the island position.
I do appreciate the work in setting up the Udisc Clash layout, but think next year it can be better.
