Depending on if it is the beginning or the end of the 5K, this could cause a potential delay of 30 minutes or more.

This is just a wild guess. They had 129 runners last year and we're a bit past the 2 mile mark and could see runners from 10:15 to 10:55

I contacted the parks department and they do not have any races approved on their schedule for that date.
