I James Riley was on the waiting list but then was taken off after there was a spot available and I paid in full but now I need to withdraw from the tournament but it's saying that I can only get $10 back not the full amount that I have paid so can you please change this so that I can request to get the full $100 back when I withdraw from the tournament. Thank you in advance
