Yes, You can all take drives, but must end up using 6/player. So if you end up using all Player A's 6 drives first, they would not be an option after that. Some strategy comes in to play for sure! You don't have to alternate in a specific order or anything, sorry if that sounded confusing. I'll be sure to write that on the scorecards for COED.
