Stephen, you have some different options. She can play in FA40 (if she meets the age requirement). If I create a division (such as FA3 or 4) she just might be the only player in that division. She can, however, play in the MA3 division. If she was in the FA3 and the only player in that division, I would have to put her on a card with MA3 players anyway. I generally put all the women together, even if they are in other divisions. If I create a division for her and she is the only one in that division, she will not be competing for a trophy playing against herself. I had an FA2 player today decide to play in MA3 and then played with 3 other women on a card. Hope this helps.
