I just want to know one question why have you planned your finals the same weekend as a budhill? You have been there for the last two years and you know how it feels I want to know why are you want to compete with that weekend? It would be way cooler if it was back to back weekends.

hey Daymon, I have already answered that question more times than I cared to. It wasn’t personal and there is reasoning behind it. I also wasn’t at bud hill the last few years because they moved the date of bud hill when Covid hit. It used to be in June I believe but it was changed to October. I can’t make it to Bud Hill in Oct because that’s the busiest time of year in the Carolina’s which is why the fianle is the week that it is. All the pros are on the east coast. It goes; USWDGC, Carolina Clash, USDGC, DGPT FINALE, DGMT FINALE, Hub City Classic and MBO. It was the best weekend for a master finale at North Cove. If I wait any later than this we worry about the weather because it’s in the mountains. USWDGC is part of the tour and it’s late this year so it had to be after that date. This was the only open weekend. Also, bud hill is over 8 hrs away and 551 miles. If you want to play Bud Hill then go play. If you want to play the DGMT finale you’re more then welcome. Hopefully this won’t be the case next year.
