The code is smash2 if you sign up after this point and don't get the email. The layout is on PDGA Live Scoring. 13 will be a par 4 if it is in longs, but it won't get changed until after everyone finishes because it resets the PDGA live scoring. I was told they were changing the layout today, so I am not sure exactly what layout it will be on.
