I emailed Sunday after the event. They appeared to have done payouts that night and it was at a reasonable time. This comment is in case I sent to an incorrect email and they never received it. Not because I am impatient or rushing them. If you are not the one handling this stuff I don't really need your input as you don't have all the details. I am capable of waiting for their response

My response is purely explanatory. I don't think he was just letting me know that. If you're just letting me know that you don't include be patient they'll get back to you. I am not commenting out of impatience but because I don't want to assume I sent an email to the correct email and wanted to ask in a forum where I know they will be able to see it. So there's no need to add on be patient. As nicely as possible, I am not wanting a response from anyone that cannot actually answer where to confirm my PayPal.

Yes that was the email I was referencing, I emailed as soon as i checked the excel sheet after the event which i didn’t really have any reason to check i was just curious about scores. I was not expecting a response to that email or even this comment right away. I understand it can be hard to convey a tone online but I was not rushing anyone for any sort of response and didn’t expect one for a couple days. I just wanted to make sure all my bases were covered. If you look at it from my perspective you may be able to understand how it is frustrating to be told “be patient, they will get back to you” when i am not expecting an immediate response to my email or comment. Sort of like telling your girlfriend or wife calm down. I don’t think it is unreasonable to ask the question before Tuesday even if you have said you would get to everything Tuesday. More of an extra measure taken to make sure I wouldn’t forget. But thanks for your response.
