Question about OBs:

At The Reservation, I am assuming the small ditch on Hole 2 cutting through the fairway is not OB? Also is the ditch marked with lines/paint for the left ditch that is OB?

Also on The Reservation, Hole 9 says "OVER the fence left." What if you go THROUGH the section of the fence down the fairway where there is no fence (it's broken)? Seems like that is not meant to be that way as it is a broken fence for that small section.
