PARKING: GRAVEL ONLY – DO NOT Park on the GRASS. If the disc golf parking lot is full, please proceed to the gravel road at the back of the property. (Look for the Discraft Flags)
CHECK IN: First CABIN when you enter Kudzu Cove. That’s right, Air Conditioned Tournament Central. Check in with Jess at the Hunter’s Retreat, pick up your player’s pack and then go park and play.
EARLY CHECK IN: We will have tournament central set up and ready to go Friday afternoon. You may swing by and pick up your player’s pack if you’d like.
SAFETY: It will be HOT. There will be water at tournament central as well as on the course. Please stay hydrated. As always, watch your footing on the course and report any safety concerns to Kudzu Cove staff. Kudzu Cove will have rental guests in the cabins. Please be respectful of the guests and remember that safety is priority. Never throw if your disc may strike someone.
TOURNAMENT PLAY:
All groups must consist of at least 3 tournament participants. They do not all have to be playing the same layout or division. OB rules and guidelines will be specified on PDGA Live App. I strongly encourage everyone to download the app as it makes scorekeeping an absolute breeze.
You may play with your full bag of discs. The player’s pack discs do not have to be used for this tournament.
Last card must begin play by 2 PM.
Live Scoring Password: KUDZU
Awards will be announced when the last card comes in. 1st Place in each division will receive a Lab 2nd premium plastic disc from MVP.
Pros will be paid out via PayPal.
EXTRAS:
The GripLock Disc Golf Shop will be set up in tournament central. Feel free to swing by and shop.
Watermelon Hexes will be available while supplies last. Limit 1 per customer.
