I think what I am saying is, my team cannot prioritize and look for every item that is not claimed at a course if it does not have a name. If an item is left at a course without a name, our team is not going to prioritize taking that item with us.

I dont think anyone said anything about prioritizing anything, i think the appropriate word would be “courtesy”, wouldnt it? Maybe saying “ill look into it or have someone look into when theres a chance” would make it seem less like nobody gaf now that youre gone and just telling folks “youre not getting your stuff back”
