2.01 C of Competition manual that TD's are required to abide by states: After the close of registration, players may not request to change their division unless their division has three or fewer people, in which case players must request a change prior to the start of competition. TDs may approve or deny this request in their sole discretion. I would change to the preferred division before registration closes.
