Nope you will play to best of your ability directly above it. Get group to double check. But for example If you were to land under picnic table, you technically can take lie directly above the table. This is a big table lol. It’s casual.

while correct the playing surface is the top of the concrete and you'd mark your lie on it.. in the picnic table example the ground is the playing surface. if Disc was under the table you would play it where it lies. if unable to get a foot under the table you'd play the table as a solid object and mark a lie behind it. if you land on top you'd mark a lie on the ground and go from there.
