Hey Marty. I feel bad asking after you've done tee times already, but it is possible to switch me back to MA1? Or is it possible to leave me in MA2 and allow me to go with the 2:00 or later Card on Sunday?
Sorry we cannot move you again as tee times are set. Your card assignments for each round will be with players in your division based on how everyone scores per the PDGA Rules. We look forward to seeing you up here for the big weekend.
I don't really understand where the problem lies with switching me though. Or just putting me at 2:00 on Sunday. Is it a rule that you can't do that? It's not a cardmate request. And I can't see any players in the tournament having a problem with either of those things. There ...

I have to be back in Phoenix Saturday night and wouldn't be back until around 2 Sunday.
Sean, players tee times are set. If we try to change your division now we risk wrecking everyones tee times and having to repost new tee times for everyone. That’s not fair to anyone. Please understand, This is not a flex start tournament. To your second point; due to odd numbers in divisions, ...

Please understand, This is not a flex start tournament. To your second point; due to odd numbers in divisions, a player may tee on another division’s card,(as you noted with Ma2/ma3). However after the first round, the bottom score in the odd# division will play with the another division with space(most often the bottom of that division) in order to keep a minimum of 3-4 players per card. This isn’t optimal but it allows us to accommodate more players who wished to play in the first place. Tee times are arranged by scoring after the first round, ma1 tees off last in order for the long tees to work with those players on the short tees in front of them. Switching that would cause major backups(also not fair to others). As far as your travel arrangements, I hope you travel safely and make back it in time for your tee time. If you play well that will be as close to 2pm as you can control.
Wouldn't you guys be willing to add someone to the tournament even at this point? What would be the difference between me switching BACK to MA1, as I was originally registered for that, and you guys adding a player? Either way, sounds like you won't accommodate no matter what I say. I will ...

Either way, sounds like you won't accommodate no matter what I say. I will play the first and second round but will be unable to make the 3rd. Thank you. Very unfortunate considering how much AZ Disc Golf I support and how much I bend my work schedule to make these things happen for me.
Once I pressed the “post tee time” button. I committed to not adding anymore or moving any more players. So we are not taking walk on players. I’m sorry you scheduled travel doesn’t marry well with this years Arizona state championships.

For sure. I was looking forward to it too.
