We are looking forward to seeing everyone up at “The Ranch” for the 2023 Arizona State Championships presented by Discraft. Here is the event information to help make things more enjoyable and smooth for everyone. Please keep an eye on your email, the Facebook event and DGS for any updates during the event.
Tee times will be posted on the PDGA event page,
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/69023 this Wednesday night by 7:00 PM. Please double check tee times the night before and morning of the event in case there are any last minute drops or changes.
Mandatory: All players must check in 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.
This is a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier event. All PDGA rules and guidelines must be followed. NO SMOKING of any substance in any buildings or on the property will be permitted. There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit. Violations will result in dismissal from the property and from the event.
This is a trophy only event and everyone will receive a great players pack. We promised $2,000+ added value to this event and we are excited to announce that we now will be adding $6,000+ added value thanks to our generous sponsors!

Scoring
The PDGA Digital Scorecard is the official scorecard for this event. The PDGA Digital Scorecard can be found at
www.pdga.com/score or download the free PDGA Live app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app not only allows you to keep score in tournaments, but it all allows you to follow live scores and search the PDGA rules.
Courses
MA1 will be playing the pro tees and ALL OB’s will be in play. All other divisions will play from the short tees with the exception of holes #1 and #18, where they will play the pro tees. On Hole #18, only the far right OB line will be in play for all divisions. See Course Rules under the Pictures tab or in the email sent to players.
In the case of a tie for 1st place, there will be a Sudden Death Playoff on holes 1, 2, 3, 16, 17, 18 until resolved.
Raffle
We will have some great raffle prizes available and tickets can be purchased on-site at Tournament Central if you did not buy any during on-line registration. The raffle will be drawn during the final round and winners can pick up their prizes after the round.

Vendor Village
Several vendors will be set up in and around the Pavilion Thursday through Sunday. All Out Disc Golf, Americano Ammunition Coffee, Black Beard’s Food Truck, The Dome, Pure Relaxation Day Spa Massage Therapists and Big Rob’s Catering. Additionally, we will have several fun side events going on through the event.
Awards ceremonies will take place at the Pavilion right after all players from each division finish their round. Raffle prizes will be drawn before the 1st cards finish their round and winners can pick up their prizes at the Pavilion.
Before you leave, please make sure to leave your area better than you found it. If you are staying in one of the cabins, please sweep out any dirt and be sure to take your trash out to the dumpsters by the maintenance shed. Thanks!
