Hi Shane. I’ll do my best to answer, and MK, the TD, can correct me if I’m wrong. Early player’s check in is available today at Duck’s Flying discs KC. If you wait until tomorrow give yourself enough time to wait in line to get your stuff and be at the shelter to check in with the TD no later than 15 minutes before your tee time, so personally I would recommend arriving 30-60 minutes early and that way you can warm up if you have extra time. Access code will be provided at the time you check in with the TD and he will go over the info. you need to know. Festivities will go from first card out to last card in, so approximately 9-5pm. There will be birthday cake, probably arriving sometime between 12-1pm.
